- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible . There is always a wait, ALWAYS! But today cut it for me. All I needed was a card replacement and have been stuck waiting. This is the closest bank location and didn't have a choice but go here. There's limited staff and thinking it's Shabbat the service would be quick. Boy was I wrong. The gentlemen that is supposed to help customers has been wondering around attending to other errands and the line just kept growing. Can't complain about how. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Been coming here a while. While occasionally there is a wait due to less staff I never encountered a problem here. Tellers are fast and personable. I see more rude customers then anything actually. It's a bank in a crowded city, not the Ritz Carlton. They are open more hours then any other bank as it is.
